Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
1 cup all-purpose or GF flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg (for brushing, optional)
Toppings of choice: seeds, cheese, herbs
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese until creamy.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add cottage cheese to dry mix; stir to form dough.
4. Shape into bagels and brush with egg if desired.
5. Add toppings and bake at 375°F for 22–25 minutes.
6. Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use a gluten-free flour blend for a GF version.
Add sweet or savory mix-ins like herbs, berries, or cheese.
Best enjoyed fresh or toasted the next day.
