Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet chicken gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place chicken in baking dish or slow cooker; season lightly.
2. Whisk soup, gravy mix, and broth; pour over chicken.
3. Bake covered at 400°F for 45 mins or slow cook low 5-6 hours.
4. Shred chicken in pot; stir in sour cream. Serve hot.
Notes
Oven or Crockpot both work great.
Use thighs for extra juiciness.
Freeze leftovers up to 3 months.
Thicken gravy with cornstarch slurry if needed.
