Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 9×13 dish.
2. Mix chicken, rice, soup, broth, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, peas, and half cheese.
3. Spread in dish, top with remaining cheese.
4. Cover and bake 20-25 min, uncover 5-10 min until bubbly.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for ease. Add broccoli for veggies. Freezes well up to 3 months. Reheat with milk splash.
