These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a delightful and healthy frozen treat made from fresh strawberries and creamy yogurt, perfect for any time of the day.


Ingredients

2 cups Full-Fat Plain Yogurt
1 pound Fresh Strawberries, washed, hulled, and finely diced
1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips or Chopped Chocolate
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (optional)
Pinch of Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming clusters
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid
  5. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen clusters
  7. Freeze for another 15-30 minutes until chocolate hardens
