Ingredients
2 cups Full-Fat Plain Yogurt
1 pound Fresh Strawberries, washed, hulled, and finely diced
1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips or Chopped Chocolate
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (optional)
Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming clusters
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen clusters
- Freeze for another 15-30 minutes until chocolate hardens
