Ingredients
1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
1–2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or jar, combine chia seeds and cocoa powder. Whisk thoroughly
- Add plant-based milk, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes
- Cover and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, then stir again to redistribute the chia seeds
- Return the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight
- Once thickened, stir again and serve with your favorite toppings

Feel free to adjust sweetness and toppings to your preference. Chia pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
