1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
¾ cup Granulated Sugar
¼ cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
1 teaspoon Baking Soda

3 large Ripe Bananas, mashed
½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled
2 Large Eggs, at room temperature
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pa
- Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until mostly smooth
- Combine wet ingredients with mashed bananas and mix until smooth
- In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined
- Fold in chocolate chips gently
- Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pa
- Bake for 55-70 minutes or until a skewer comes out clea
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing
