1/2 cup Tahini
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 Clove Garlic, minced (for Tahini Sauce)
1/4 cup Cold Water (add more as needed for desired consistency)
Pinch of Salt (for Tahini Sauce)
1 Whole Head Garlic, peeled (for Toum)
1/2 teaspoon Salt (for Toum)
1 cup Neutral Oil (like Grapeseed or Sunflower)
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice (for Toum)


Instructions

  1. Step 1: Marinate the Chicken – Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and spices in a bowl. Add chicken, coat well, and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours
