Ingredients
1.5 pounds Ground Chicke
1 large Egg, lightly beate
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Yellow Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumi
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping onion, parsley, and mincing garlic
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg and then add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine
- Incorporate the ground chicken and mix gently until just combined to avoid toughness
- Form the mixture into 6-8 equal patties, approximately 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
- Chill the formed patties in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Cook the patties in the skillet for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through
