Description

Chia Seed Pudding with Berries is a simple yet elegant dish that brings a burst of fresh flavors and incredible nutrition, perfect for busy mornings or a satisfying afternoon treat.

Ingredients

Scale

½ cup Chia Seeds
2 cups Milk of choice (almond, soy, oat, or dairy)
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
1 cup Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen, thawed)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or a large jar, pour your chosen milk. Add the maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla extract. Introduce a small pinch of salt. Whisk these ingredients together thoroughly until well combined
  2. Sprinkle the chia seeds into the liquid mixture. Immediately whisk vigorously for about 30 seconds to prevent the seeds from clumping together
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. Then, whisk again for another 30 seconds to break up any newly formed clumps
  4. Cover the bowl or jar tightly. Place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight
  5. Once chilled and set, give the pudding a good stir. Spoon the creamy Chia Seed Pudding with Berries into serving bowls or glasses. Top generously with your fresh or thawed mixed berries

Notes

For best results, allow the pudding to chill overnight.

Add fresh berries just before serving for optimum texture and flavor.
