Description

Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage: Crispy baby potatoes, smoky sausage, ranch seasoning, and double cheese in a one-pan oven bake for ultimate comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, quartered
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large baking dish.

2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread potatoes in dish and bake 25 minutes.

4. Stir in sausage slices; bake 15 more minutes.

5. Top with cheddar and mozzarella; bake 5-7 minutes until bubbly.

6. Garnish with green onions and parsley.
