Ingredients
1 (32-ounce) bag Frozen Tater Tots
12 Large Flour Tortillas (10-inch size)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
8 Large Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Salsa (optional)
1/2 cup Sour Cream (optional)
1 Green Onion, chopped (optional)
Hot Sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spread the tater tots on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy
- Step 2: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cook in a skillet with olive oil until scrambled
- Step 3: Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet
- Step 4: Assemble the burritos by adding scrambled eggs, tater tots, and cheese to the tortillas
- Step 5: Roll the burritos tightly and serve with salsa and sour cream
Notes
For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the baking sheet when cooking tater tots.
