Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb uncooked ground sausage
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp smoked paprika or red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sausage, cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, and optional spices.

3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange on baking sheet.

4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
