Ingredients
6 corn tortillas (6-inch)
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry corn tortillas for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels, sprinkle with salt
