6 corn tortillas (6-inch)
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt to taste

2 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  4. Mash 2 ripe avocados in a small bowl with lime juice and a pinch of salt to your desired consistency
