Description

Ingredients

6 tortillas 8-inch Flour
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamo
2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, divided
Maple syrup, for serving (optional)
Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, gently combine the blueberries, sugar, and cinnamo
  2. Spread cream cheese on one half of each tortilla
  3. Sprinkle cheese over the cream cheese side, then spoon the blueberry mixture on top
  4. Fold each tortilla in half and press to seal
  5. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat
  6. Cook quesadillas 2-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted
  7. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with maple syrup if desired
