Description
Sausage Green Bean Potato Casserole bakes kielbasa, baby potatoes, and green beans with Cajun spices in one easy dish for hearty comfort.
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, halved
- 2 (15 oz) cans green beans, drained
- ⅛ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F; spray 9×13 dish.
2. Bag potatoes; add oil, seasonings; shake.
3. Cook sausage with water till browned; cool, add to bag.
4. Sauté onion, garlic in butter; cool, add to bag.
5. Add green beans; shake, pour in dish. Cover, bake 40 mins.
Notes
Use fresh beans: blanch first. Freezes well. Sub turkey sausage for lighter. Air fryer: 20 mins at 400°F.
