½ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
¼ cup Finely Minced Red Onio
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Fresh Dill, chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg, lightly beate
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, crumbled feta cheese, finely minced red onion, and minced garlic
  2. Add the fresh dill, fresh oregano, fresh mint, and lemon zest, then sprinkle in the panko breadcrumbs, lightly beaten egg, sea salt, and black pepper
  3. Gently mix all the ingredients together without overmixing
  4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty
  5. Cook on medium heat in olive oil for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through
