Ingredients
1 ½ pounds Ground Chicke
½ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
¼ cup Finely Minced Red Onio
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Fresh Dill, chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg, lightly beate
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, crumbled feta cheese, finely minced red onion, and minced garlic
- Add the fresh dill, fresh oregano, fresh mint, and lemon zest, then sprinkle in the panko breadcrumbs, lightly beaten egg, sea salt, and black pepper
- Gently mix all the ingredients together without overmixing
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty
- Cook on medium heat in olive oil for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through
