Description

1 lb Beef Sausage, crumbled
4 cups Frozen Hashbrowns, thawed
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 ½ cups Milk
6 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and red bell peppers, cooking until soft and fragrant
  3. Add beef sausage and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  5. Layer hashbrowns at the bottom of the prepared dish. Distribute sausage mix over hashbrowns evenly
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and hashbrown layer. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and set
  8. Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving
