Description

Ingredients

8 oz lo mein noodles

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

1. Cook noodles according to package; drain and set aside.

2. Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

3. Heat oil in skillet; stir-fry beef until browned. Remove.

4. Add garlic, ginger, and broccoli; cook 3–4 minutes.

5. Return beef, add sauce, and toss with noodles until heated through.

6. Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
