Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into 1-inch bites
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or teriyaki sauce (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss chicken and broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated. Add soy or teriyaki sauce if using.
3. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
4. Add broccoli to the basket and cook another 5 minutes until the chicken is golden and the broccoli is tender.
5. Serve hot with rice, noodles, or a squeeze of lemon.
